Secunia: Apple Has the Most reported Vulnerabilities

Secunia is a security service provider, which majors in tracking software defects. According to the company, Apple has the most reported vulnerabilities. The majority of the flaws are found in OS X applications.

Secunia has found vulnerabilities in Apple applications, including QuickTime, iTunes, and also Safari. Moreover, vulnerabilities were found in the apps of third parties, such as Oracle and Adobe. It was identified that Safari has a vulnerability because of which your address book can be deleted.

What is bad is that malicious hackers can cause mayhem as they are considered to be part of organized criminal organizations that follow the release of regular software cycles. In fact, they get big money.

Last year, I have made a decision and called on Apple so as to provide help for its partners in writing more secure application. As for Microsoft, the company has done the same, it shared its Security Development Lifecycle along with the security tools that are offered free of charge.

As a matter of fact, such an issue should be solved and Apple should be more aggressive. Such a situation requires more cooperation.
